For nature lovers, with a 180-degree view overlooking the stunning blue sea of Bahia.
The house is located on the Cocoa Coast on a 60-hectare farm, 4 km from the nearest beach and 14 km from Serra Grande, between Ilhéus and Itacaré. Surrounded by the biodiversity of the Atlantic Forest, it is adjacent to the Serra do Conduru State Park.
The house is perfect for relaxing after a trip to the beaches and waterfalls in the region, but also for those who have the flexibility to work from home and seek a routine more connected with themselves, with total privacy, comfort and security.
The farm has a dam that forms a natural swimming pool, located very close to the house, and for those who enjoy outdoor walks in nature, the place is perfect.
In addition, we have fruit trees such as cupuaçu, soursop, acerola, mango, coconut, avocado, cocoa, banana, and lemon. Our caretakers, who are our guardians, live nearby and can provide some services, such as cleaning or cooking, and you can also count on them for supplies of local products from the neighborhood and the farm itself, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Comfort and Accommodations
The house is perfect for a couple with up to 2 children ; it's spacious and airy with a stunning view.
An outdoor veranda with a large table perfect for meals with a sea view, hammocks scattered around, plus an additional bed with a mosquito net for unique moments of relaxation.
Master Suite: 1 Queen-size bed, mosquito net, we provide 100% cotton bed linens and towels.
Fully equipped kitchen - Central island with electric oven - Cooktop - Refrigerator - Toaster - Blender - Mixer - plus all utensils, pots, etc.
Living room integrated with the kitchen and balcony.
Sea view and lake view
It has 1 double bed with mosquito net - hammocks and armchairs.
Space with a table and chair for working .
Ideal for those who can work from home.
1 full bathroom with electric hot shower.
If you are a group of more than 4 people, we have another adjacent house available for rent; please inquire separately.
Services and Amenities
Fiber optic Wi-Fi works well in all environments.
Electric showers with hot water .
Housekeeping and/or cooking services available upon request.
Important Information
We do not allow commercial parties , but we are open for small family celebrations such as birthdays and weddings.
Rates may vary depending on the number of guests.
