The house is located on the Cocoa Coast on a 60-hectare farm, 4 km from the nearest beach and 14 km from Serra Grande, between Ilhéus and Itacaré. Surrounded by the biodiversity of the Atlantic Forest, it is adjacent to the Serra do Conduru State Park. The house is perfect for relaxing after a trip to the beaches and waterfalls of the region, but also for those who have the flexibility to work from home and seek a more connected routine, with total privacy, comfort and security.

The farm has a dam that forms a natural swimming pool, located very close to the house, and for those who enjoy outdoor walks in nature, the place is perfect.

In addition, we have fruit trees such as cupuaçu, soursop, acerola, mango, coconut, avocado, cocoa, banana, and lemon. Our caretakers, who are our guardians, live nearby and can provide some services, such as cleaning or cooking, and you can also count on them for supplies of local products from the neighborhood and the farm itself, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables.
